Merit List of Diploma Candidates who have applied for PMSSS for Jammu Kashmir-2017-18 This merit list for PMSSS 2017-18 is based on the data filled in by candidates and Diploma marks obtained from DTE,J&K . This merit list is subject to change in case of any discrepancies. 1. Chances of Admissions: Admissions of ​candidates will be purely based on merit. There are reservations available for SC, ST and SEBC ​candidates as per rules. ​Candidates​ with higher merit numbers in each category are more likely to get admission. ​Candidates with lesser marks will get admission only if the candidates with higher merit remain absent for counseling. Mere presence of name of a candidate in this merit list neither guarantees any admission nor scholarship. 2. Counselling: ​Candidates and parents​(Father or Mother or Guardian)​ are requested to attend counseling centers based on merit numbers and as per the schedule published on AICTE Website. 3. Absence: Candidates who remain absent during the counselling will permanently loose the chance of getting scholarship.
