The clubs will lose the total amount of points they won in the same month three seasons before. Example: Club xyz: January 2002: +50 pts. Total pts. January 2002: 50 pts. January 2003: +20 pts. Total pts. January 2003: 175 pts. January 2004: +75 pts. Total pts. January 2004: 300 pts. This would mean that Club xyz would lose 50 pts. at the beginning of January 2005. In January 2006 they would lose 20 pts., in January 2007 75 pts. and so on...
