The structure of the document has been changed to present information in a more cohesive manner. The concept of ―Global Integrated” Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations is introduced and defined versus historical ISR operations (Chapter 1). A discussion of the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System has been added (Chapter 2). The ISR process of Planning and Direction, Collection, Processing and Exploitation, Analysis and Production, and Dissemination (PCPAD) is detailed throughout.
