The West Virginia University product’s longball on Tuesday marked the second of the season hit by the RiverDogs and the eighth of his professional career after tying for the team-lead with seven homers with Staten Island last year. • Pinstriped Prospects: The RiverDogs will again tap into a deep farm system in the New York Yankees. Losing some of their organizational talent due to promotions and trades in the last year, the Yankees’ farm system fell from the second-best system in the game to 20th on the Baseball America rankings.
