NSW Threatened Species Scientific Committee Notice of and reasons for the Final Determination Minor amendments to the list of species in Schedules 1 and 3 of the Biodiversity Conservation Act, 2016 The NSW Threatened Species Scientific Committee, established under the Biodiversity Conservation Act, 2016 (the Act), has made a final determination to make minor amendments to the list of species in Schedule 1 (Threatened species) and Schedule 3 (Extinct species) of the Act referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b) below.
