Whitby had a 2-0-1 record going into the semi final where they would face the Bentley Generals representing the Pacific Region. The Dunlops would eventually squeeze out Bentley in a 3-2 double over time thriller. Unfortunately Whitby came up short versus the Lloydminister Border Kings loosing a tight matched 4-3 game. In many cases, they are general inquiries, and in others, it is evident that conflict has already begun to develop. Our precaution to our General Managers is at all times, please keep the discussions civil, and don’t make comments that are not defendable at a later date. Too often, comments get made that are difficult for us to defend no matter how “right” you are. DEAL WITH THE ISSUE, RATHER THAN THE PERSONALITY! We are fully aware that some people can become unreasonable, and push you to the line. Resist the temptation, make sure through an email or phone call, that Betty or Brent is aware of your situation, in case we get a call (which normally happens), are we can instruct the parents or the players on the regulations governing player movement. By doing so, we avoid unnecessary “fodder” than can be raised at subsequent appeal hearings if necessary. www.ohahockey.org May, 2007 OHA REGISTRATION CARD INFORMATION The quarterly installment fees for the 2007-2008 season are listed below: Cheques must be dated as follows: Junior A – Contact Bob Haden for dates Junior B, C and Development June 1 st , 2007 September 1 st , 2007 December 1 st , 2007 March 1 st , 2008 Senior League October 1 st , 2007 January 1 st , 2008 The equal payments per League are as follows: Junior A - $1,457.50 per payment Please contact Bob Haden Junior B - $1,167.59 per payment Junior C - $ 970.69 per payment JDL - $ 843.76 per payment Senior - $1,325.00 per payment Insurance premiums for the 2007/08 season are as follows: Junior A - $1,350.00 Please contact Bob Haden Junior B - $1,350.00 dated June lst Junior C & JDL 900.00 dated June lst Senior - $1,230.00 dated June 1 st Note: The premiums are subject to final adjustment for the 2007/2008 season at our June AGM.
