Habra, North Barrackpore, Panihati municipality of North 24 Pgns district and Kaliaganj municipality of Uttar Dinajpur district have achieved the target and form the sanctioned number of MAS but it is observed that they formed few groups which are over and above their sanctioned. These ULBs may therefore please be informed to freeze the number of MAS and do not form any further group. In this connection, it is to be noted that ULBs will get fund for training and untied grant for MAS in accordance to their sanctioned number. The final figure of the MAS at which the number has been freezed may please be informed to the undersigned by so" September, 2019.
