TTR Cupra Leon TCR FUN Cup 2021 Preface: This is an online championship with 6 rounds. Link to webpage We would like to create a fictional Cupra Leon TCR championship and offer a mix of various (quite well-known) tracks. The platform used is PC - Assetto Corsa (plus DLCs and MODs if applicable, see Discord channel). The main goal is to drive good and clean races and above all: have fun! General Topics: How you can participate: Register on the TrashTalk Racing Discord channel #register. Required information: - Assetto Corsa name - Steam ID - Livery request (will be used for the entire championship). Note: own skins are allowed and appreciated. Those can be registered and submitted at any time. We will adopt them as soon as possible for the next possible race. You can reach the Trashtalkers in the various Discord channels. Number of starting places: 20 Required apps: Helicorsa, Real Penalty Tool Calender: The races will take place on Tuesdays at 21:00 UTC+2 (Berlin) as follows (DD/MM/YY): - Imola – 04/05/21 - Brands Hatch – 11/05/21 - Laguna Seca – 18/05/21 - Oschersleben (GP) – 25/05/21 - Donington Park – 01/06/21 - Autodrom Most (GP) – 08/06/21 Race format: - 15 minutes training - 12 minutes qualification - 15 minutes 1st race - 15 minutes 2nd race (reversed starting grid from race 1) Race conditions: - Setup: open - Tyre wear: 1x - Fuel consumption: 2x - Damage: 50% - Weather will be based on the Practice Server, but will be unknown until race day. The total score for each round is the sum of the points scored in both races. Balance of Performance (BoP) und Success ballast: Position (full round) Weight 1. +35 kg 2. +25 kg 3. +15 kg If a racer finishes an entire lap, he/she receives the amount of ballast mentioned above for the next races. The maximum ballast that can be collected is +100 kg. If a racer finishes fourth or worse, the ballast is reset to 0 kg. Technical rules: - Jump starts will be punished with a drive through (DT) (to be done within 3 laps). - "2 wheels out" allowed. - Assistants: ▪ ABS deactivated ▪ TC deactivated ▪ Autoclutch allowed ▪ Tire Blankets ON Sporting rules (Penalties): - Overtaking racers who cause a big contact (resulting in long off track with several seconds loss or spin) must wait and give back the position. - Corner bomb will be punished with -5 points. - A second corner bomb can lead to disqualification from the race. - Repeated/continuous too aggressive driving will also be punished with -5 points. - A second race with aggressive behavior will lead to disqualification from the championship. Note: There are always small incidents in racing, but: always wait for the right time to overtake. When overtaking, both racers must leave enough space between them.
