SALES ADVISOR THE ROLE OUTFIT, a successful part of Arcadia Group Limited, is a chain of large, out-of-town retail stores offering a wide selection of well-known fashion brands all under the one roof including, Dorothy Perkins, Burton, TopShop, TopMan, Miss Selfridge, Wallis, Oasis, Evans and Warehouse . Our stores are large, with high turnovers, and therefore our Sales Advisors are extremely busy and must enjoy working in a fast paced environment ! Our Sales Advisors are fundamental to our business; they are the face of OUTFIT and therefore must be passionate , energetic , provide excellent customer service and must love fashion ! Sales Advisors support our stores in maximising profit and achieving sales targets by showing a passion for customer service and ensuring customers leave with a lasting, positive impression of OUTFIT. Depending on your experience, you will join the team as a Standard, Advanced or Top Level Advisor and can be deployed to support a Brand, the Service Team or Back of House areas. RESPONSIBILITIES • Representing OUTFIT by demonstrating passion and enthusiasm for the business • Providing excellent customer service, wherever you are in the store (eg: fitting rooms, tills etc) • Having an awareness of stock loss and how to prevent it happening • Maintaining high retail standards (front and back of house) • Driving customer loyalty through email capture and account cards • Going the extra mile to ensure customers have the best shopping experience • Selling customer accounts with confidence and achieving targets • Being able to ‘sell’ and advise customers through excellent knowledge of the product • Supporting the store to achieve all it’s KPIs KEY SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS REQUIRED • Passionate about OUTFIT, retail and fashion! • An awareness of current fashion trends and key looks for the season • Exceptional customer service skills • Enjoy being part of a team • Good time management skills and be able to multi-task • Confident and approachable • Finally, OUTFIT Sales Advisors are extremely busy due to the number of Brands in our stores, therefore you must enjoy working in a fast paced and commercially driven environment Previous experience in fashion retail is desirable but not essential. .
