Gold Members’ rights. 1.1 Attendance (with no further ticket payment) to: (a) All sporting events held at the Stadium (other than those events referred to in Sections 1.2 and 1.3) some events to be held in 2016 and the events to be held in the years from 2017 onwards are not yet certain. (b) All concerts and other non-sporting events held at the Stadium (other than those referred to in Section 1.3 (a) and (c). 1.3 Suspension or restriction of rights: (a) Stadium access for Gold Members and their guests will be suspended or restricted where the Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA), on behalf of the NSW Government, hires the Stadium for major international sporting events such as the Commonwealth Games and international sporting competitions of the type referred to in Section 1.2 (in these circumstances, SOPA has agreed to use its best endeavours, consistent with any undertaking it has given in the obtaining the right to host the relevant event, to negotiate assured seating in the Stadium for Gold Members at full ticket prices). Booking Procedures. A Gold Member must comply with any booking procedures of the Club in or to attend the events referred to above. 3. Subscriptions. Annual subscriptions must be paid by Gold Members by 1 January each year (or within 45 days of the date of invoice, whichever is the later). Subscriptions will be subject to annual increases, being greater of the average increase of public ticket prices to the events held at the Stadium and CPI.
