Letters of Credit We issue commercial and travelers' letters of credit available throughout the Far East, and in every other part of the world. Bills of Exchange {, We buy, sell, negotiate, or collect bills of exchange originating in the United States, China, and all over t he world. Financing Imports and Exports We establish credits in the United States, in the Far East, and in other sections of the world for the purpose of financing shipments of merchandise.
