Supplier visits at Exchange Headquarters (HQ) are by appointment only. Once your Exchange host has scheduled a meeting with you, you will be notified by e-mail of the appointment date and time. The Exchange encourages supplier participation in our facilities. Supplier participation support includes, but is not limited to, building promotional displays, product inventory scans, recommended order preparation, associate training and product demonstrations. Suppliers are either permanently assigned to a facility or they provide facility support on an as-needed basis. 1-3. Permanently assigned suppliers are normally issued a yearly gate pass that allows them unlimited access to military installations for purposes of working in our facilities. The gate pass will be issued only after a supplier has completed the necessary installation access paperwork, as determined by the local command.
