The second group are youth who have completed or are completing higher education in the field of agriculture or food technology. Expected Results: 1. 320 youth have increased their professional capacities through participation in training in certain sectors of agriculture and support with essential equipment for work that will help them to increase production capacities on their farm; 2. 320 youth who are engaged in the agricultural sector will apply new work practices during agricultural production, thus affecting the productivity and quality of the products; 3. 320 youth benefit from experience in different sectors during the study visits conducted in Kosovo; 4. 30 youth who have completed the university will complete internships have advanced professional knowledge and have more favourable opportunities for access to the labour market; Funded by: .
