Synchro Skills 1 & 2 Synchro Skills 1 – majority under 9 years old as of 7/1/19 Synchro Skills 2 – majority under 12 years old as of 7/1/19 Recommendations: Skills: Synchro 1 (All skills on both feet) Skills: Synchro 2 1 group skating class (All skills on both feet) 1 private lesson per week Forward Stroking Individual practice time should match instructed time. Forward Crossovers ALL Synchro 1 skills PLUS: Forward and Backward Backward Crossovers Synchro Skills is an introductory level. Swizzles One foot backward glides on Skaters will have fun and get an Forward and Backward circle understanding of what Synchronized Pumps Bunny Hops Skating is all about. Most competitions One foot glide on a circle Lunges and exhibitions are local. The teams (inside and outside foot up) Spirals normally have 2 travel competitions to 2 foot forward turns T-Stops Michigan and Wisconsin. Teams Forward Chasses Forward outside and inside practice once a week starting in May Dips 3-turns through April. The spring ice show is Snowplow stops the end of the season. This year the Mohawks teams will be off for a month from m Tap Toes id-May to mid-June.
