The art is Mr. Mahesh, Mr. Tushar Barman and traditionally practiced by Adi Dravida and few other communities in and around districts of Shimoga. Hase Chit- Mr. Mahendra tara painting is done on mud walls of tribal houses. After cutting, the paddy shots/strands are dried in the by fields for 3 to 4 days. The paddy is separated by its quality.
