The project is generally described as the replacement of the existing steam tunnel, steam lines, and communication lines that run in the existing steam tunnel and will provide updated steam service to Wheeler, Jarman, Stevens, Lancaster, and Hiner Halls. Sealed bids will be received at Longwood University, Office of Materiel Management & Purchasing, 201 High Street, Lancaster Hall, Room 207A, Farmville, VA 23909. The deadline for submitting bids is 2:00 P.M. sharp, as determined by the Bid Officer, on 05/03/2019.
