Required Premise Tools: Technician-Owned These required tools are a must for ALL Premise Technicians to own and manage and MUST be in working order. Project Managers can/will inspect Technician-owned tools at any time: Coaxial Stripper and Compression Tool Can Wrench Crimp Tool (RJ45 / RJ11) Channel Lock Punch-Down Tool with 110/88 & 66 blades 5/8” Wrench or 6” Adjustable Wrench RF Multi-Toner Side Cutters Cordless Power/Hammer Drill Electrician Scissors Drill Bits ( ¼”, ½”, and 3/8”) Electrician Wire stripper Flex Bit (4’) Needle Nose Pliers Fish Tape / Glow Rods (wall fish) Crawl Suit Standard Size Screw Drivers (Phillips & Straight) Level Small Size Screw Drivers (Phillips & Straight) Hammer Nut Drivers ( ¼” and 5/16” ) Security Allen Wrench NOTE: If the Premise Technician is not able to purchase any of these items, then the system will purchase the items (+ 15%) and charge-back on a weekly payroll deduction. The amount deducted will be no greater than 25% of the technician’s weekly pay. If the cost of the item(s) is less than 25%, the entire amount will be deducted. If the amount is greater than 25%, only the lesser amount will be deducted. In the event that there is stoppage of work, for any reason, the total amount still owed will be withheld from final check or the item(s) will be returned and all payments to date will be counted as worker’s rent/lease on the item(s). Transaction is by “EMPLOYEE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FORM” and must be signed. Required Premise Tools: Company-Owned The following items are issued by the company and remain the property of On Trac, Inc. These are to be used ONLY in the conducting of business for On Trac, Inc. Transaction is by “EMPLOYEE ISSUE AGREEMENT FORM” and must be signed. The person being issued these items also agrees to maintain, to the best of their ability, the items and agrees if the items are damaged, lost or stolen to be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing these items. In the event the person signing this agreement no longer is performing work for On Trac, Inc., for any reason, they agree to return the items to On Trac, Inc. All items issued must be returned in good condition, normal wear expected. If not, they agree to reimburse On Trac, Inc. the entire value of each item through invoice deduction or by other means agreed to by On Trac, Inc.
