The corresponding Master Development Agreement was recorded in the name of Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR) Inc. in 2006, and amended in 2007 to reflect the current owners: Revelstoke Mountain Resort Limited Partnership (RMRLP), and Revelstoke Alpine Village Inc. (RAVI). This update will have no material changes from the original planning process, only updates to outline the current situation and realistic growth expectations. In 2008, Northland Properties Corporation (NPC) purchased the majority of shares in RAVI to become the major shareholder just as one of the worst global recessions in generations was beginning. NPC is a prominent Canadian company based in Vancouver and Calgary with decades of experience in property development, construction, hospitality, entertainment and operations.
