We appreciate your coverage and are pleased to once again return to Huntington Park, home of the Columbus Clippers, the AAA affiliate of the Cleveland Indians. YOUR HOSTS: Clippers Media Coordinator Joe Santry (614-722-1133, [email protected]), Clippers Event Coordinator Krista Oberlander (614-462-5250, [email protected]), OHSAA Communications Intern Aaron McPherson (614-267-2502, ext. 130, [email protected]), and OHSAA Director of Sport Management Jerry Snodgrass. SCHEDULE: Game times each day are at 10:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The divisional rotation is IV, III, I and II. MEDIA WORKSPACE AND INTERVIEWS: The top two rows of table seating behind home plate are reserved for media use. Reporters may continue working at their seats after each game. The stadium’s control room is located down the third-base line off the main hallway and contains programs, lineups and box scores. The room is not for media to use during the game, however. Postgame interviews take place on the dirt beside the dugouts. The elevator is located on the first-base side of the stadium. WEATHER DELAYS: Check with Joe Santry in the control room (third base side) and/or follow the OHSAA on Twitter for weather updates and delays: @OHSAASports INTERNET ACCESS: Huntington Park has free wireless internet access throughout the stadium via the “Huntington Park” wireless network. BROADCAST INFORMATION: Aaron McPherson from the OHSAA and Joe Santry from the Clippers will coordinate seating placement for broadcast crews. Postgame shows are asked to be brief if another broadcast crew is waiting for a phone line that was being used during the previous game. Broadcast rights fees must be paid before the game.
