This complaint coming on before us for final hearing on this day, in the presence of Smt.V.Aparna, Advocate for the Complainants, and Sri M.Narsimha Reddy, Advocate for the Opposite Parties, and on perusing the material papers on record, the Forum passed the following: ORDER OF THE FORUM DELIVERED BY SRI MAMIDI CHRISTOPHER, PRESIDENT Both parties and their counsels present. Complainants and their counsel filed a full satisfaction memo, stating that they have settled this case for Rs.4,93,407/- (Rupees Four Lakhs ninety three thousand four hundred and seven only). The counsel for Opposite Parties also filed a memo along with Cheque bearing No.023263, dated 20/11/2017, for Rs.4,93,407/-. The Complainants also prays to close the above case as not pressed.
