INTRODUCTION AMP Asset Management Programme BCIS Building Cost Information Service 1.1 The Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP) is a supporting document to the CA Combined Authority St.Helens Borough Local Plan and covers the Plan period 2020 to 2035.
