IThe Citizen Item this week received a letter from William - Marchione criticizing Donlan's record as nothing "worth build­ ing on." Donlan, who feels that he will win by a bigger margin this year, dismissed the letter as an advertisment for Bowman. In 1985 when Marchione stepped down .from the committee, he opened the seat for a new person, but endorsed Bowman then and now as an approporiate replacement.
