Woodland owners, contractors, timber suppliers and students will be offered training and advice on supplying wood fuel and timber for architecture, whilst designers, construction professionals, planners, etc will be assisted with information on the use of local wood products. Education materials will also be developed on the sustainable and renewable qualities of local timber for fuel, manufacturing and construction. Richard Smith, newly appointed WoodNet Outreach & Advice Officer, will be offering free visits to woodlands throughout the Wealden & Rother Rural area.
