Adapted from one of Roald Dahl’s best-loved books, the stage musical - complete with music and lyrics by comedian Tim Minchin - has been delighting West End audiences for six years. A staggering 6.5 million people worldwide have so far seen productions of the critically ac- claimed show, which has visited more than 50 cities and bagged an impressive 85 interna- tional awards. Written by drama specialist Jefny Ashcroft, Bram And The Guv’nor has been inspired by the Royal Shake- speare Company’s archive of Bram Stoker-related material. The hour-long performances are free, with audience members also able to view some of the archive ma- terials that have inspired the play’s storyline.
