Treasure Meeting called to order at 7:35pm Secretary’s Report: We are getting ready for the night at the races, whoever is a coach will be getting 10 tickets today we hope you can sell it, we need a basket from each team and we hope to everybody at the event, we received a thank you note from LIJSL. This is my report Treasurers Report: Robert- was absent, No report was sent. Bryan would like to have the ability to sign up at the festival. I working through the spring travel and packages are due today, the games change rules please have a real reason to change it. Consent is another issue- coaches needs to make sure everybody consent or I will be doing individuals Registrars Report Christ Accord– Coaches involve in travel the registration is Open now if you have any problem please let me know but everything looks good. Intramural Director’s Report Winter festival set for February 9, at the HS. I would to order trophies and the stress ball we will put together a flyer Bryan and I for the festival. The idea is to bring more people friends and family to try to get more people to join the club, I will try to have a computer to get the register at the moment. Vice President’s Report: Andy- everybody knows we had problems with permits, they sent an email in regards to the security at the schools, and they don’t want the door open holding with cones “did anybody knows about that’’? No cones allow to keep the door open – it’s a security violation At practice – has to be coach and parent or trainer, be clean pick up your bottles The custodian will be checking around When we will have 9v9 goals? How many we will have? President's Report: Mike- registration at festival will challenge because we don’t have the proper equipment Festival: the email need to be send out that they need to wear sneaker and shin guard let’s print out the waivers very important Travel- there is limitation to change the games, we need a good reason to change a game or will rejected. Due to the security enforcement at the school please have parents with you coaches and trainer more than one adult so we don’t leave the kids alone. A. We have to add it to the budget and will probably get two for 9v9 but Kolm need a higher fence. B. We are waiting for an answer, we don’t want money we will do everything but the ghosted me and others but we are working on it. C. It was open an hour ago, please try again.
