National Railway Museum | Derby Registers Midland Railway Society Introduction Six volumes make up the Derby Registers. There are land Railway up to the early years of British Railways. five books labeled Books 1 to 5 with a sixth book simply The Midland negatives are contained in Book 1 and the labeled as Non-Wholepate. The negatives are numbered Non-wholeplate book and end around number 13000. sequentially, though there is a break in the numbering in Book 1.
