HOW TO STORE YOUR FOOD SCRAPS Site schedules are subject to change. Sites may be closed on holidays. In cases of severe weather, sites may be closed early or canceled. To reduce odor and prevent pests, store your food scraps in a paper bag or reusable container in your freezer or refrigerator.
