Continues southwards parallel to Path 4 to River Neath near viaduct. 1 From Seion Chapel, Cefn-yr-Allt, north-east through Coed-y-Fforest to terminate on Sarn Helen Roman road, opposite Ynys-y-gerwyn Crescent. Section of path from County Road to junction of Path 2. 3 From County road, north-east of Cefn-yr-Allt eastwards past Forest Farm and across Roman road to parish boundary. Section of path across Forest Farm. Penybont Rural District 13 From wicket gate on County road, eastwards through Shelf Farm yard and past Coed-y-Mwstwr Isaf to farm buildings. Turns south under railway to join Path 15 at Tor-y-Coed Farm. Section of path under railway bridge. 6 From point north of Town Hall, Kenfig, north-east across sand dunes, past Croes-y-Ddadl to County road. Continues north-east to Plwerin then north along parish boundary, across railway to footbridge over Afon Kenfig near Llanmihangel Farm. Section of path over railway level crossing. 2 From point west of County road westwards along railway to Afon Kenfig (parish boundary) at railway bridge and along bank of Afon Kenfig to join Path 1. Section of path on southern side of railway line. 12 From Coychurch Road north of Brynteg westwards across fields and under railway embankment to old lime kilns. Continues northwards alongside edge of Coed-y-pebyll. Section of path under railway bridge. 8 From Heol-y-Sheet near cement works along accommodation road to Ty-Tanglwst Farm, across fields and railway to County road north of South Cornelly. Section of path over railway level crossing. 11 From eastern end of Highland Avenue, Bryncethin, eastwards to Bryncethin-Blackmill road. Continues eastward through yard of brickworks and along mineral railway past New Bryncethin Colliery (disused). Across fields, past Pant Farm and along edge of Hirwaun Common to footbridge over railway and on to parish boundary at Maes-y-Werfa. Section of path from, its commencement at Bryncethin to its junction with Path 14. 22 From St. James's Church, Pyle Road, north-west across field to footbridge over Afon Kenfig (parish boundary). 5 From County road south-east along accommodation road to Bevos Farm. Continues south-east across fields and past Candleston Farm to join Path 3. 4 From County road north-east of Tythegston, south-east along lane to parish boundary east of Tythegston. 14 From Merthyr Mawr-Ogmore Road, south-west to footbridge spanning River Ogmore (parish boundary).
