(January 12, 2017) - The Optimist Club of Lakeside has announced that, Bulls Only Rodeo XIX will be held at the Lakeside Rodeo Arena on July 14 & 15, 2017. Presented by the Optimist Club of Lakeside, Barona Resort & Casino, and El Cajon Ford. Bull riding will begin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, July 14, and Saturday, July 15, 2017. The gates open at 6pm each night. Tickets begin at $10 (child) and are available now at www.bullsonlyrodeo.com (no fee for on-line ticket purchases). Tickets will be available beginning on June 01, 2017 at Wild Bills (EL Cajon), and Tickets will be available at the Lakeside Rodeo Arena Ticket Office (Daily) beginning Saturday, July 05, 2017. Rodeo Events include: Bull Riding (IPRA Sanctioned), Professional Xtreme Bronc (Wild Horse Racing), and Mutton Busting. Each show will include all the Bull Riders, two Team Bronc events, and six of the “meanest, orneriest, toughest, Mutton Buster’s” in California! We can’t forget the excellent Barrel Men that keep the Bull Riders safe, and the kids always love the Rodeo Clowns! Many of the Bull Riders that have competed in past Bulls Only Rodeos have gone on to compete at the IPRA National Champion Bull Rider Rodeo! We look forward to having them back in 2017!
