In the Delete Browsing History window, select Internet Explorer the check all boxes. 1. Close all Internet Explorer windows. 2. Open a new Internet Explorer browser, then click Tools > Internet Options. (If you don't see this, press the Alt key to show the menu bar.) 3. In the Internet Options window, in the Browsing History section, click Delete. 5. Click Delete and use the X in the top right corner to close the browser. (Note: It may take a few minutes to process. Please wait for the files to delete before continuing.) 2 Microsoft Edge 1. Open Microsoft Edge and Select Menu > Settings. 3. Click Choose what to clear 2. Click Privacy and Security 4. Check all the boxes (as shown), toggle “Always clear this when I close the browser” to On, Click Clear, and close the browser with the X in the top right corner. 3 4. Click Privacy and Security. (This left menu is Google Chrome not visible unless the browser window is enlarged.) 1. On your computer, open Chrome. 2. At the top right, click the menu button. 3. Click Settings. 5. Click Clear Browsing Data. 4 6. Click Advanced. 8. Use scroll bar on the right to make sure all the boxes are checked. 7. In Time range, choose All Time from the drop- down. 9. Click Clear data, and close browser using X in the top right corner. 5 4. Click Privacy & Security. (This left menu is not Mozilla Firefox visible unless the browser window is enlarged.) 1. Open Mozilla Firefox. 2. Click the Menu near the top right corner. 5. Move the scroll bar down until the Sub-heading 3. Click Options. Cookies and Site Data appears. 6 6. Underneath Cookies and Site Data, put a check 8. Check both options (Cookies and in the box next to Delete cookies and site data Site Data & Cached Web Content) and when Firefox is closed. click Clear. 9. On the next window, click Clear Now, and then use the X at the top right of the Firefox browser window to close Mozilla Firefox. 7. Click Clear Data. 7 .
