Taylor Distributing Company Driver Breakdown/Lumper Consignees Effective January 1, 2007 (Current list as of 7/1/2009) The following is a list of consignees that currently require driver breakdown or a lumper. Deliveries to the following consignees will be charged at $1.50 per cwt. with a $30.00 minimum and a $95.00 maximum. Any charge OVER $95.00 will require authorization from the shipper.
