We had a BOB REDFORD couple of Moms who gave birth during that time and we were able to help them with baby items needed. Our Birthright Helpline also kept Birthright centers informed about calls for the pregnancy test during the closure. We have changed some of our usual practices so that we are able to stay open safely while still helping women in need. All donations are used to operate the local center, educate the volun- teers, and provide services to women. Birthright serves with confiden- tiality any girl or woman who is pregnant or thinks she may be preg- nant. Our most important service is offering friendship, positive emo- tional support and encouragement for the woman to carry her baby to term. Birthright is a non-profit organization with tax exempt status from the IRS. Your donation will be greatly appreciated. For more information check out our website, birthright.org. You can also find us on Facebook. Donations can also be mailed to Birthright of Leavenworth, 221-A Del- aware, Leavenworth, KS 66048.
