Despite having knowledge from books, no one is said to be an educated person if they have no capacity to overcome challenges. The country needs more learned persons, in addition to graduates. Some graduates cannot manage their lives due to weaknesses of the education system, said the State Coun- sellor. Different countries have different education systems. Myanmar cannot copy all the systems of developed countries.
