When we counted the voting forms for Beer of the Festival on Saturday night, the clear win- ner was Redemption’s Trinity (a surprisingly full-tasting beer for just 3% abv), so we’ll be heading off to Tottenham later in the year to visit the brewery and present them with their certificate.
