Chairman’s Welcome and Public Forum. i. Housekeeping. The Chairman apologised for the late start due to the over-run of the previous meeting. Cllr Wills then advised of emergency procedures, exits, local hazards and location of wc’s. Mobile phones to be switched off or turned to ‘silent’. ii. No Members of the public were present 2. Plan A PA11/07679 : Stationing of caravan for temporary residential use Land adjoin Greenfields Tregaswith Road, Tregaswith Newquay Mr M Burley Members were unhappy with this retrospective application with regard to access/egress and unacceptable siting. The definition of the wording ‘temporary’ was raised and what constitutes ‘temporary’ in such cases. Concern was expressed regarding the reasons for not making a proper application in the proper manner when Object the caravan was first sited. Drainage etc was queried. Cllr Stott supported Plan B PA11/05856 : Removal of Condition 2 of C2/06/00703 (conversion and extension of No objections barns to form two holiday lets) to allow use as a permanent residential dwelling Cllr Stott Rooks Nook Ruthvoes St Columb Cornwall supported Mr Darren Dancey Plan C PA11/07592 : Erection of 55Kw wind turbine with control cabinet Supported No Rosedinnick Farm, Talskiddy St Columb Cornwall neighbours W G Rodliffe and Sons or landscape issues Plan D PA11/08084 : Renewal of Planning Permission. Resubmission of PA11/07123 – Object – request for permanent position for 3 mobile homes, 2 touring caravans and a day intentions room unclear for Mandalay Park Quoit St Columb Cornwall this to be a Mrs Tina Watson permanent arrangement. 2.
