Date: Tuesday, September 20, 2016 Time: 9:00 a.m. Place: Harvest Room, State Capitol, Bismarck Agenda: Presentation by the Legislative Council staff of bill drafts to implement recommendations relating to the study of behavioral health needs and the study of family caregiver supports and services; comments and committee discussion regarding proposed bill drafts relating to the role and function of the Department of Human Services, policy changes that do not require additional funding to implement, program expansion with additional funding requirements, statutory references for mental health professionals, Medicaid and Medicaid Expansion cost- sharing provisions, Down syndrome and eligibility for assistance, definition of addiction counseling, hospital discharge policies, and other recommendations from the study of family caregiver supports and services; and other presentations including a memorandum by the Legislative Council staff relating to history and funding for the state's continuum of care Special Note: Anyone who plans to attend the meeting and needs assistance because of a disability should contact the Legislative Council staff as soon as possible.
