ENACTED by the Legislature of Gibraltar. Title. 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Marriage (Amendment) Ordinance 1990. 21 of 1990.] Marriage (Amendment): Ordinance, 1990. Amendment to section 10. 2. Section 10 of the Marriage Ordinance (hereinafter called "the principal Ordinance") is amended by omitting the figure "10" and substituting therefor the words "the fee for issue of a Registrar's Certificate". Amendment to section II 3. Section 1 1 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (2) by omitting the word "containing" and substituting therefor the words "made by each of the parties, each such affidavit or statutory declaration to contain". Amendment to section 13. 4. Section 13 of the principal Ordinance is amended— (a) by inserting in subsection (2)(b) after the word "Gibraltar" the words "in Europe"; (b) by omitting in subsection (5) the figure "£25" and substituting therefor the words "the fee for a Governor's Licence"; (c) by adding the following new subsection— "(6) For the purpose of this section places of worship under the jurisdiction of the Anglican Bishop to Her Majesty's Forces, shall be deemed to be places of worship under the jurisdiction of the Anglican Bishop of Gibraltar in Europe.". Amendment to Section 2 1. 5. Section 21 of the principal Ordinance is amended by omitting in subsection (2) the words "six o'clock in the afternoon", and substituting therefor the words "eight o'clock in the afternoon'". Amendment to section 22. 21 of 1990.] Marriage (Amendment): Ordinance, 1990. 6. Section 22 of the Ordinance is amended by omitting in subsection (1) the words "ten o'clock in the forenoon and four o'clock in the afternoon" and substituting therefor the words "nine o'clock in the forenoon and five o'clock in the afternoon". Amendment to section 30. 7. Section 30 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting in paragraph (c) after the words "has been" the words "annulled or". Repeal and replacement of Schedule 1. 8. The principal Ordinance is further amended by repealing Schedule l and substituting therefor the following new Schedule— "SCHEDULE l. Section 4(2).
