From the workshop web page (http://marwww.in2p3.fr/RICH2010 ) follow the link ‘On-line payment ’. This will open a link to the ‘EXTRANET’ conference secure payment system. Scroll down to the link for the RICH2010 conference, and click on the country flag for the language (French or English) that you wish to use for the transaction processing and the issuance of your e-mail credit card receipt. The first step is a pre-registration with EXTRANET. (NOTE: EXTRANET is separate from the conference agenda site INDICO, which does not yet (as of September 2008) have payment facilities). Your EXTRANET pre-registration will be validated (this required human intervention) and you will receive an e-mail containing a link which you can click to activate the second stage ‘Confirmation of a pre-registration’. In this stage you will be directed to a secure server where you can enter credit card details. You will receive two e-mails from the system, one of which will be a facture (bill) and the second, which will be a receipt for your credit card payment. Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring confirmation of payment with them to the workshop.
