Tan Sri Datuk Eddy Chen also sits on various government-private sector committees that formulate policies governing the housing and real estate industry.Tan Sri also holds a position as a President of the Building Management Association of Malaysia (BMAM) for the period of 2016 – 2018. Soam Heng Choon Deputy President of REHDA Malaysia, Group CEO of IJM Corp Berhad A trained professional Civil Engineer, Dato’ Soam was with the Ministry of Works for 10 years prior to joining Road Builder (M) Holdings Bhd Group in 1989. He is currently the CEO & Managing Director of IJM Corporation Berhad. He has more than 30 years experience in the construction and property business. His involvement in property development, investment and construction are not only in Malaysia but also in countries like China, Vietnam, India and United Kingdom. He was a Trustee of the Construction Research Institute of Malaysia (CREAM) and he is currently an Advisory Member for Research and Development. He is currently sitting on the Board of the Construction Labour Exchange Board, Malaysia. Mr. Jayaselan K. Navaratnam Deputy Director-General (Operations), National Housing Department Ministry of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government KPKT Mr. Jayaselan obtained his Bachelor of Arts in 1993 and Master of Management Studies in Project Management from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 2003. He started his civil service career since 1995 with the Government of Malaysia. His first posting was at the Ministry of Information. From 1997 to early 2008 he was posted to Ministry of Defence, Malaysia. Since February 2008, he is posted to the Ministry of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government. He is holding the position of Deputy Director General (Operations) at National Housing Department, since October 2015. Sr. Chan Keat Lim, AMN Director of Survey, Department of Survey and Mapping Malaysia (JUPEM) Sr. Chan has more than 25 years of experience in the field of land surveying and has held various positions including Assistant Director (Information Systems), Northern Johor District Surveyor, Assistant Secretary of National Infrastructure of Land Information Systems (NaLIS) [now known as the Malaysian Centre for Geospatial Data Infrastructure (MaCGDI)], Principal Assistant Director of Survey (Mapping Services), Deputy Director of Survey, Johor. Sr Chan has been registered with the Peninsular Land Surveyors Board since 2001.
