Inthisstudy,theconchologicalfeaturesofsamplesobtainedfromthosetwolocalitieswereinvestigatedandtheresultswere compared. Inbothlocalities,theshellsofthethecollectedsamplesaresinistralandhavedepressedspireregions.Fromthesamplesco llected intheAkçakaleregion(Bolatlarvillage),averageshellheight,shellwidth,apertureheightandaperturewidthofthe21shel lsand widthofshell/heightofshell,widthofaperture/heightofaperture,heightofaperture/heightofshellandwidthofapertur e/width ofshelloftheseshellsweremeasured.TheseresultswerecomparedwithdatafromCeylanp›nar,wheresampleswereobtained duringapreviousstudy.Wefoundtherewasnoimportantdifferencebetweenthetwolocalities(cd<1.50).
