Sports/events The sports and events on the programme have now been finalised in cooperation with the International Federations (IFs) and the Local Organising Committee in San Diego. You will find in this document the full programme as well as the maximum number of athletes per event. For the number of NOC officials, each NOC will be permitted to bring around 50% of their total athlete quota, in line with the IOC rules. In this document you will also find all the individual qualification criteria for each event by sport. Final entry deadline The final deadline for entries for all sports will be 15 July 2019. The registration will be handled by the NOCs in close cooperation with the IFs and sent to the AWBG team at the ANOC office in Lausanne. The accreditation cards will then be produced by the ANOC office. Finances/support Air fares (economy class) as well as hotel rooms (double occupancy) with three meals per day will be covered by the Local Organising Committee for athletes and officials. The air tickets will be booked through the AWBG team in Lausanne. The teams have to arrive and depart from the San Diego or Tijuana airports as no transportation will be organised from the airport in Los Angeles.
