Edwards School Building Email: [email protected] www.truarchs.com Mr. DePietro and Selection Committee Members: It’s a privilege to present our qualifications to the leadership of Hudson, NY, a proud cultural gem of upstate NY where we have enjoyed the arts, culture and fine dining for so many years. It’s a testament to your pioneering and innovative thinking to be pursuing alternative uses of valuable building assets. We have put together a team that will emphasize bringing you more than a design and cost. We are a group of dedicated planners whose profession is focused on devel- oping data for making capital investment decisions. We understand that planning is very dynamic, and you’ll need to evaluate multiple options in support of a sound decision. Trudeau Architects, pllc of Latham, NY will lead the team with CHA Consulting, Inc. and Trophy Point, LLC. Trudeau Architects is a small planning and design firm established in 1962. In addition to leading the team, we will perform all architectural planning, programming, design and cost modeling. CHA Consulting will provide all engineering consult- ing and environmental assessment. Trophy Point is the construction cost firm with whom we have done all our cost modeling for over 20 years. Jen Borgesi and I will lead the team, I am a working principal and will be actively engaged in the project. Jen and I have worked on hundreds of millions of dollars in capital planning in the 13 years since she joined the firm. As a firm we agree to perform all services identified and will abide by the terms of the RFP, including all attachments. It will be a great honor and work with you on this project and we’ll always enjoy more reasons to spend time in your city.
