Duties Country Programme Finance Management Prepare monthly financial and management accounts for approval by Country Director and for later submission to Head Office based on the SHA management accounts systems which includes monthly and year to date project and donors expenditure, bank reconciliations, income and expenditure account and other necessary information; Responsibility for the preparation of Country Programme annual /project financial budgets (in liaison with Head of Programmes and Country Director) for submission to donors/Head Office; Timely preparation of the management and financial reports – monthly, quarterly or annually, as required by the donor contracts and guidelines, which agree with the corresponding narrative reports.
