As always, payments will be processed after the results of the Doping Control tests have been received. Athletes who do not start, do not finish or are disqualified in their event (DNS, DNF or DQ) will not be entitled to any prior agreed appearance money. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROGRAMME AND THE PRIZE MONEY STRUCTURE CAN BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Czech tax of 15% will be deducted from the prize money and eventual other fees or bonuses. TRAVEL Airports: Ostrava, Katowice, Krakow, Prague The direct flights to Ostrava are regularly operated from London-Stansted (Ryan Air) only. The best option to reach Ostrava is to fly to one of the Polish Airports Katowice or Krakow. The travel from there by highway takes 1 h and 1 h 30 min. respectively. Also, it is possible to fly to Václav Havel Airport Prague and then to take direct speed train from Main Railway Station in Prague to Ostrava Svinov. However, please note that it can be difficult to find appropriate connecting train in case of late arrival to Václav Havel Airport Prague (after 5 PM). The connection between the Airport and the Main Train Station in Prague and the transport between Polish Airports and Ostrava as well as, will be provided by the LOC There will be volunteers in all Airports waiting for coming athletes with visible sign “Czech Indoor Gala Ostrava 2020”. Travel reimbursement European based athletes: actual travel cost up to max EUR 300 Non-European based athletes: actual travel cost up to max EUR 400 Travel contribution must be agreed with Athletes´ Liaison at the time of confirmation of participation. The same travel contribution as above applies for ARs with at least 4 invited athletes or if agreed beforehand with Athletes´ Liaison. ACCOMMODATION Invited athletes and confirmed ARs will be accommodated in the official hotel for up to 2 nights. Additional accompanying persons (coaches, physiotherapists, ARs with less than four invited athletes) requiring accommodation will be charged by USD 150/day/person (shared rooms).
