ENKA SCHOOLS PE NEWSLETTER Newsletter No: 14 ( 29 May – 16 June 2017 ) Page 1 STUDENT ATHLETE AWARD CEREMONY On Thursday June 8th, we organized the Student Athlete Award Ceremony with all divisions. We gave trophies to the students who came top 3 in the district, top 4 in İstanbul and top 5 in Turkish and international tournaments. Branches were: track & field, basketball, fencing, equestrian, golf, go-card, sailing, swimming, water polo, soccer, judo, orienteering, rhythmic gymnastics, skiing, chess, table tennis, tennis, volleyball, and synchronized swimming. Çağla Büyükakçay, who is the biggest Turkish Tennis star and who ranks 60 at international rankings, attended the award ceremony as well. Alumni Uğur Atalay, who came third at with the team at international swimming championship, came to the ceremony as well. We would like to thank Enka Schools, administrators and parents for being with us at that important occasion.
