The taste is long and elegant with a lively minerality. Terra Del Capo Pinot Grigio R179 This wine has a brilliant, diamond bright attractive colour. Peach, nectarine and stone fruit with a light brush of dust on the nose. The palate is light, vibrant and succulent, packed with the same peach, nectarine and stone fruit flavours. Easy to drink with a subtle lemon zest vivacity and acidic freshness. Noble Hill Viognier R298 This Viognier is picked in a narrow window of ripeness to show delicate floral and stone fruit aromas. This wine is naturally fermented and matured on the lees for 9 months in old oak barrels, yielding a focused palate and a creamy finish.
