NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A SPECIAL MEETING of the mem- bers of the Outrigger Canoe Club will be held oil Friday, November 22, 1957, at 5 o'clock P.M. on the Club grounds, 2335 Kalakaua Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii, for the following purposes: To receive reports from the New Club Site Committee and the Building Fund Committee. To vote on the proposed amendment to the Club By-Laws which amend- ment, if approved, will increase the regular membership of the Club Board of Directors from eleven (11) to fifteen (15) members. To authorize the Board of Directors to enter into contracts for the em- ployment of an architect or architects and contracts for the construction of improvements on the new Club site, including authorization to borrow money and/or to expend funds for these purposes. To authorize the Board of Directors to expend whatever funds necessary from the Building Fund and to discontinue the Agency Agreement with the Bishop Trust Company relative to the Building Fund at such time as the Board deems advisable.
