
Pedestrian Zones: What they do and don’t do The pedestrian zone designation (P Zone) is applied to properties within Neighborhood Commercial (NC) zones. This designation regulates street-level uses, off-street parking requirements, location of parking and access to parking in order to encourage pedestrian activity.
