Four of the romps are complete to the point where state jurisdiction presently ends. They were finished to this point now in order to incorporate the ramps in permanent construction and to avoid interfering with traffic later. Westerly sections eventually will connect with Sign Route 509 (First Avenue South). A study is underway to determine traffic flows and an agreement will be effected between the City of Seattle and State Highway Department regarding further construction and financing. portation improvemen ^,U of our state. ly-mile section o ^. ^^07 project sine Ihe opening ot p.„p|e thon any 3 ^ ugislolore provide a new was .nreUopoH'on areas of L< Departmen of Hi9 ,v,o 1C30 inWashington.
