(17.80€ x passenger) May 19:30 Arrival of the delegations at Hotel Robert in La Pobla de Claramunt. Host families pick up students there. Monday 30th 08:00 Students and teachers’ arrival at school. Welcome at the School library by May the Principal. Revision of the programme for the ECLIPSE meeting 08:30-09:00 Room 7: Audiovisual of Catalonia, Anoia and Vallbona d’Anoia. 09:30 Meeting with the mayor at Vallbona d’Anoia’s town hall. 10:00-11:30 Inauguration of the ECLIPSE photography exhibition of history icons and abandoned spaces. Breakfast at the town hall. 11:30-12:30 Tour in Vallbona, led by ECC Vallbona students. 12:30-14:30 Students: Icebreaking games in the playground Teachers: Meeting. Evaluation of TPM in Livorno (OBU and CFL) and Jobshadowing (IBE), e-book, etc. 14:30 End of lessons. Buses pick up La Pobla de Claramunt, Mediona and Cabrera d’Anoia students to take them home. Lunch with families. Tuesday 08:00 Students and teachers’ arrival at school. 31st May 08:15 Departure to Barcelona by bus. (8€ x person) 09:15-13:30 Modernist tour (Casa Batlló, Casa Milà, Passeig de Gràcia, Plaça Catalunya, etc.) and medieval tour (the Gothic quarter, the cathedral, Santa Maria del Mar, la Boqueria Market, etc.) (4.60€ x person) 13:30-15:30 Lunch break. Students may have a packed lunch. 16:00-17:30 Visit to Gaudí’s Sagrada Familia. (5€) 17:45 Departure to Vallbona d’Anoia. 19:00 Arrival in Vallbona d’Anoia. Families pick up students. Wednesday 08:00 Students and teachers’ arrival at school. 1st June 08:30 Departure to Igualada by train. (free) 09:00-11:00 Modernist and medieval tour in Igualada. 11:00-11:30 Breakfast break. 11:30-13:30 GPS group activity game. (3,63€) 13:30-15:00 Lunch break. Students may have a packed lunch. 15:00 Families pick up students or allow them to stay longer in Igualada and visit in REC Stores. 16:30-17:30 Teachers’ meeting at Espai Cívic Centre in Igualada. Preparation of next TMP in Birmingham (IBE), hands-on-maths-and-science, etc. Thursday 08:00 Students and teachers’ arrival at school. 2nd June 08:00-11:00 Students’ photography workshop. “Abandoned Spaces: Remembering the Past”. Teachers’ seminar on cultural literacy (part 1) 11:30-12:30 Student’s presentations of their schools at Vallbona Town Hall. Speed debate about the Ideal European School. 12:30-14:15 Students’ rehearsals for the Farewell Event. Teachers’ seminar on cultural literacy (part 2, if necessary) 14:30 End of lessons. Friday Departure of all the delegations (except for Italy) at 6.30 am at Hotel Robert 3rd June .
